3-Day Return Policy
At Global Perfumes Industry, customer satisfaction is our priority. You have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our support team at globalperfumesfze@gmail.com. or Thru WhatsApp Link.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
⚠️ Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Order Issues
We take great care in preparing and shipping your order. Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
